We’re delighted to announce that Ben Godley and Tim Basford have joined our dedicated team of IT engineers delivering committed on-site assistance and phone support.
Tim has been appointed as a First/Second Line Helpdesk Analyst and brings over 4 years IT education support experience to the company, having previously run a busy IT department at St Johns College in Portsmouth.
Ben Godley has joined Medhurst as an IT apprentice with a desire to develop and achieve in a technical IT role. Ben is continuing his education and is already part way through his apprenticeship learning about customer service and the IT support function.
Both will contribute to the excellent IT support services that Medhurst provides to its education and corporate clients, assisting them with hardware and software problems via phone, email or remote control.
