Keiran Nolan and Jamie Johansen have joined the Medhurst Education team as network engineers to look after our growing base of education customers.
Keiran joins us from Thornden School, where he was the Assistant Network Manager with responsibilities for supporting both staff and students, and administering Microsoft Server 2012 and Active Directory.
Commenting on his appointment Keiran said, “I came to Medhurst because it offered great opportunities to further my career. Having worked with the company in my previous role, l was already very familiar with the team and impressed with their professionalism and expertise. I look forward to sharing my experience to support other local schools.”
Keiran holds a BSc in Networking and Information Security from the University of Worcester.
Jamie Johansen joins us from Sholing College where he worked for two years as an ICT Technician and recently as the interim Network Manager. At Sholing, Jamie looked after everything IT related from servers to networks and including Veeam back-up solutions.
Jamie added, “I dealt with Medhurst whilst at Sholing and liked their professional approach and joined the company to progress my understanding in IT. Having managed the IT requirements of a busy college for a number of years, I’ll be using this experience to manage the day to day processes required to keep a school’s network running smoothly.”
Jamie is a LL.B Law graduate from the University of East Anglia.
