We’re looking for experienced and service-focused second and third line helpdesk support engineers in addition to virtualisation specialists to provide support services to our growing customer base.
For all roles, you must be an extremely attentive individual and be able to offer a first class and responsive service to all our clients in an environment that can be very busy, dealing with each request professionally and promptly, as in many cases, we act as the organisation’s outsourced IT department responsible for its business-critical IT applications and services.
Candidates will need to be able to work as part of the team but also independently to research unfamiliar problems to reach a solution for our clients.

Second Line Helpdesk role
The successful candidate will need to have the following essential experience:
- Windows Server – 2003/2008/SBS
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange – 2003/2007/2010
- Microsoft Office – all variants
- Network Topology
- Routers/Firewalls
Experience of the following would also be preferred:
- Virtualisation (Hyper-V/VMware)
- Linux
- Cisco
Third Line Helpdesk role
The successful candidate will be offering technical advice to both the first and second line support members on the helpdesk with day to day calls, improving processes and procedures for the support teams and working towards standardising the customers’ IT systems. Essential experience required includes:
- Windows Server – 2003/2008/SBS
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange – 2003/2007/2010
- Microsoft Office – all variants
- Network Topology
- Routers/Firewalls (HP preferable)
- Switching
- Virtualisation (Hyper-V/VMware)
Experience of the following would be preferred:
- Linux
- Cisco Firewalls/Switches
- Wireless
Virtualisation Engineer
The successful candidate will be experienced in managing and monitoring virtual network environments using both Hyper-V and VMware and have the following experience:
- SAN Arrays
- iSCSI Storage

- HP Procurve/Cisco Switching
- System Centre Virtual Machine Manager 2008/2012
- System Centre Data Protection Manager 2008/2012
