We’re pleased to welcome Darren Webb to the role of Technical Support, working alongside our NOC team. Darren has over fifteen years experience in various technical management and support roles within both the private and public sector. He will be responsible for assisting our clients with hardware and software problems on-site or remotely and working in collaboration to deliver on their strategic IT programmes.
Darren will also be providing technical advice to both the first and second line support members on the Medhurst helpdesk, improving processes and procedures for the support team.
Previously the ICT Manager at Havant College and Powertecnique, Darren managed ICT strategy at both organisations, implemented new IT infrastructures and managed the daily IT challenges.
Commenting on his appointment, Darren added, “As both a Microsoft Gold Partner and HP Gold Registered Networking Specialist, Medhurst provides excellent technology services to its growing client base and I am looking forward to working with the team to continue to offer the most cost-effective technology solution to meet our client’s needs. I have recently obtained ITIL foundation V3 and Prince 2 practitioner’s status and will be looking at how these may be developed within my new position.”
