We’ve now achieved ISO 45001:2018, an International Standard that specifies requirements for an occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system.
The ISO 45001 certification is designed to prevent work-related injury and ill-health and to provide safe and healthy workplaces for staff. With this accreditation, it means that we will continue to proactively improve our occupational health and safety performance in preventing injury and ill-health of all our employees.
Charlie Baynes, Medhurst Managing Director comments “Our staff are our most important asset and we want to ensure we continue to be a responsible employer, committing to delivering a safe and healthy work environment and increasing our company’s resilience through proactive risk prevention and continual improvement. Our list of accreditations means that our customers can be assured of our commitment to always operating to a high standard for not only our staff wellbeing and engagement, but also to continually improve our business practices to deliver exceptional customer service.”
The ISO 45001:2018 certification joins our other corporate accreditations: ISO 27001:2017, Standard in Information Security Management, ISO 9001:2015 Standard in Quality Management Systems and the Cyber Essentials scheme to help organisations to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data stored on devices.
