Due to expansion, we need to increase our excellent team of IT support engineers. We’re looking for experienced and service-focused second line helpdesk support engineers and experienced virtualisation engineers to provide support and installation services to our growing customer base in the south.
For both roles, you must be an extremely attentive individual and be able to offer a first class and rapid service to all our clients in an environment that can be very busy, dealing with each request professionally and promptly, as in many cases, we act as the organisation’s outsourced IT department responsible for its business-critical IT applications and services.
For the IT Helpdesk support role, experience and an excellent telephone manner is essential, alongside a good knowledge of Microsoft servers, MS Exchange, MS SQL etc. Candidates applying for the virtualisation engineer role will ideally have experience with VMware, Hyper-V and System Center.
