We’re proud to announce that we have achieved ISO 27001:2017 Standard in Information Security Management. ISO 27001 is the standard created by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) which deals with Information Security Management. It’s a way of making sure that we’re managing information security risks effectively.
The aim of the ISO 27001 standard is to help companies to establish and maintain an effective Information Security Management System (ISMS), using a continual improvement approach. As part of our accreditation, we will systematically examine any risks to our information security and put in place policies and procedures to manage those risks.
Charlie Baynes, Medhurst Managing Director comments “Medhurst takes information security seriously for all of our staff and clients. Our customers can be confident that our information security policies and procedures comply with strict and audited information management regulations. As part of our accreditation, we will design, implement, maintain and continually improve a set of controls and measures to manage any threats to our information assets.”
We have also retained ISO 9001:2015 accreditation, achieved last year, which means that our clients can be assured that Medhurst is serious about delivering all our services to a very high standard and that all our staff are committed to operating to this standard for both business improvement and improved customer experience.
