We’re pleased to announce that Richard Dennett has joined the Medhurst technical team to further enhance and expand the company’s IT support service. As a 2nd and 3rd Line Support and On-Site Installation Engineer, Richard will be part of the Medhurst team that delivers excellent IT support and technology services to the company’s clients in the both the education and commercial sectors.
Richard has joined us from Brookfield School where he was the Acting Network Manager and previously ICT assistant for the last seven years. At Brookfield, Richard managed the school’s IT team and was responsible for the smooth running of the IT network. He also developed the school’s systems and associated software to make them easy to use for all staff and students and up to date with the latest technological advances.
With his wealth of IT support experience and expertise, Richard is looking forward to becoming a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring Medhurst continues to provide IT solutions and services of the very highest standards for our client base, assisting them with hardware and software problems on-site or remotely and working in collaboration to deliver on strategic IT programmes.
